Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BOUDOUL website and inquiries about our professional services. By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

1. Our services and project agreements

BOUDOUL provides business consulting, data strategy, analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, custom software, data infrastructure, optimization, training, and support. Website descriptions are general information and do not constitute a binding offer. Submitting this form does not create a client relationship or commit either party to a project.

Before paid work begins, a separate written agreement or statement of work will define scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines, acceptance criteria, confidentiality, intellectual property, and termination rights. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

2. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact information and only submit material you are authorized to share. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, spam, infringement, malicious code, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems. Do not send passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential client datasets through the contact form.

For an engagement, you are responsible for agreed access, permissions, data quality, and timely feedback. Project results depend on the agreed assumptions and available information. AI and predictive outputs may be inaccurate and require appropriate human review before use in business decisions.

3. Intellectual property

BOUDOUL and its licensors retain rights to the website, branding, and original content. You may view and use the website to evaluate our services, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission. You retain your rights in information you submit and allow us to use it to respond to your inquiry. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables will be addressed in the applicable project agreement.

4. Communications and optional marketing

When you submit an inquiry, we may contact you about that inquiry. Checking “Marketing Messages” separately authorizes BOUDOUL to send marketing emails and text messages to the contact details you provide, including announcements and newsletters, at a frequency of 1–2 messages per month. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out or HELP for help. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, or contact us through our contact form to withdraw consent or request assistance. Withdrawal does not prevent necessary communications about an active inquiry or engagement. Text delivery depends on your carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. External websites and tools have their own terms and policies. A link does not imply endorsement, and we do not control third-party content or availability.

6. Disclaimers and responsibility

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or any particular business outcome. Website information is general and is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, BOUDOUL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement.

7. Access, changes, and disputes

We may restrict website access in response to misuse or security concerns. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date; changes apply prospectively. The governing law and dispute process for a paid engagement will be set out in its written agreement. Please contact us first to discuss concerns. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

8. Contact

For questions about these terms, messaging assistance, or an engagement, use the BOUDOUL contact form and state the nature of your request.
